Project of the Month

For this month’s project we present to you a massive wall that was removed and repaired. For this we worked with the neighbors in coordinating space and time, to safely and efficiently perform this work. Working with ComEd to temporarily turn off power, working from architect’s drawings, coordinating with other trades on site, shoring the neighboring wing support wall, removing failed/rusted existing wall ties and complete tuckpointing of the remaining wall was all involved during this process.

THE BEST OPTION!

The homeowner chose the best option, grind and tuckpoint 100% of the entire house. The biggest difference between us and our competitors, is that we give our potential clients options.

We go through every aspect for repair and go the extra mile to quote, draft and propose these.  Our crewmen have worked with us for decades and maintain the up-most professionalism and dedication to their trades and craft.

This is one example of repairing a home, stay tuned next month for another example of the types of repairs we do here at North Shore.
